Sarah Fletcher

Sarah Fletcher has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Sarah most recently worked at Lines for Life as a Program Manager, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Clinical Training Specialist and a COVID-19 & Oregon Wildfire Team Lead/Assistant Program Manager. Sarah also worked as a Crisis Intervention Specialist at Lines for Life from April 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining Lines for Life, Sarah worked as a Youth Specialist at Janus Youth Programs, Inc. from April 2019 to July 2020. Sarah also served as an Intern Administrator at the Council for the Homeless of Clark County WA from January 2020 to June 2020.

Sarah gained experience as an Intern Case Manager at Share from January 2019 to June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Care Coordinator at Columbia River Mental Health Services from August 2018 to March 2019. Sarah also worked at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services as a Job Developer, Activity Specialist, and Behavioral Health Technician from September 2016 to August 2018.

Earlier in their career, Sarah held roles such as Sandwich Maker at Paradise Bakery & Cafe from March 2016 to August 2016, Assistant Store Manager and Third Key at Claire's from June 2013 to November 2015, Sales Associate at Marsoner, Inc. d.b.a. Fascinations from October 2013 to February 2014, and Seasonal Sales Associate at Aeropostale from June 2013 to August 2013.

Sarah Fletcher obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Arizona State University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Sarah furthered their education at Arizona State University and completed a Master of Social Work degree in Social Work from 2018 to 2020. In terms of additional certifications, Sarah acquired numerous project management certificates from Google, including "Capstone: Applying Project Management in the Real World," "Google Project Management Certificate," "Google Project Management: Specialization," "Agile Project Management," "Project Execution," "Project Planning," "Foundations of Project Management," and "Project Initiation" between July 2021 and October 2021. Sarah also holds certifications in areas such as aerial yoga teaching, counseling, suicide intervention, mental health first aid, and CPR. Sarah'scertifications in counseling and social work include "Counseling on Access to Lethal Means (CALM)" from Lines for Life, "Applied Suicide Intervention Training (ASIST)" from LivingWorks, "Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)" from Lines for Life, and "Licensed Master Social Worker" from the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers. Finally, Sarah also obtained the "Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR)" certification from Lines for Life and a CPR certification from the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC.
