Richard O'Nians

Richard O'Nians has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Richard started their career at National Australia Bank, where they held positions such as Head of Finance in the Retail Bank and Australian Banking Operations, General Manager of Sales and Business Development in NAB Retail, General Manager of Sales and Operations in the Personal Bank, and Regional Executive Retail. In these roles, they were responsible for driving financial performance, revenue growth, and product penetration, as well as building people capability and engagement.

Later, Richard joined GapMaps as a General Manager of Strategic Development and Strategy Advisor, where they contributed to the company's growth by providing valuable insights to retail businesses through demographic, government, and industry data. Currently, Richard is serving as the Head of Group Solutions and the Head of Growth and Transformation (Secondment) at Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd, where they continue to utilize their expertise in driving growth and transformation initiatives.
