Simon Hollingworth

Simon Hollingworth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Simon has held the position of Head of Information Security at Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Programme Manager at Greater Western Water from September 2019 to December 2022. From August 2017 to September 2019, they served as an Info Sec & Tech Project Manager (Contract) at Bupa Australia & New Zealand. Simon took a career break to travel the world from December 2015 to July 2017. Before their break, they worked as a Consultant / Project Manager (Contract) at UXC Professional Solutions in 2015. Simon also held the position of Head of Service Line Management at Myer from June 2014 to May 2015. Simon has experience working at Superpartners as a Pipeline / Portfolio Delivery professional from March 2012 to June 2014 and at Origin Energy as a Programme Manager in late 2011. Simon has an extensive tenure at Bupa Australia, where they held various roles such as Head of IT Commercial Delivery (August 2010 to October 2011), Head of IT Integration (September 2008 to September 2010), Customer Systems Manager (August 2005 to September 2008), and IT Project Manager (April 2004 to August 2007). Simon started their career as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at Bupa in July 1999 and worked there until September 2003.

Simon Hollingworth obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree (B.Eng (Hons)) in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales, Cardiff, between 1992 and 1995. Subsequently, they pursued a Ph.D. in Civil/Structural Engineering from the same university from 1995 to 1999.
