Rekha ( She / Her )

Rekha has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rekha is currently working as an HR Manager at CGI since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Global Head of Human Resources at Linga rOS starting from January 2022. Rekha also worked as a Human Resources Leader at Siam Computing from April 2021 to December 2021.

Before their current positions, they were an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Equitas Small Finance Bank from January 2014 to August 2019. Rekha also served as a Manager of HR at Medall from February 2012 to January 2013 and as a Senior Manager of HR at Everonn Education Ltd from April 2008 to November 2011. Their early experience includes working as a Manager of HR at Animation Dimensions India Pvt Ltd from October 2004 to April 2008.

Rekha pursued their B.Sc in Physics from Yadava College, from the year 2000 to 2003. Later, they enrolled in the University of Madras and completed their MBA in HR, from 2006 to 2007.
