Cancer Champion Voluntary at Lingen Davies Cancer Fund

Fiona (Fee) Stevenson is an experienced advocate and volunteer in the health and disability sectors, currently serving as a Cancer Champion for the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund and a member of the Accessibility Panel at CROSS COUNTRY TRAINS LIMITED. With a longstanding commitment to cancer support, Fiona has been a Macmillan Cancer Voice and public speaker since 2006, focusing on raising awareness of disability issues. Fiona's involvement extends to several organizations, including the Tenants Panel at The Wrekin Housing Group, the Making It Real Board at Telford & Wrekin Council, and the Stakeholder Equality Group at WEST MIDLANDS RAIL LIMITED. Additionally, Fiona serves as a Patient Representative at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and an Ambassador for Cancer Research UK. Active in community initiatives, Fiona organizes swimming sessions for the post-operative community through Swimming After Surgery (SAS). Educational qualifications include a Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Dementia Care and a Diploma in Domestic Abuse and Violence Awareness.
