Xinlu Gao, CPA, CA, CFA, CBV has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They are currently the Head of Strategy & Growth at LingoAce, where they are responsible for hiring and managing talents in growth, strategy, user research, user experience, and operations. Prior to that, Xinlu was a Co-Founder at Job+ Inc. since 2020.

In 2019, Xinlu worked as a Senior Associate in M&A at Volaris Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. During their time there, they acquired, strengthened, and grew vertical market software businesses.

From 2014 to 2019, Xinlu worked at EY in different roles. They started as a Senior in Assurance Services and then progressed to become a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services.

Xinlu also has experience in education and leadership roles. They worked as a Teaching Assistant / Lead Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto from 2011 to 2014, and as a Table Tennis Instructor during the same period. Additionally, Xinlu served as the President of the Green Path Association from 2012 to 2013.

Xinlu Gao, CPA, CA, CFA, CBV, completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in the Specialist (Co-operative) Program in Management and Accounting at the University of Toronto. Additionally, they obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in November 2016. In November 2018, Xinlu Gao became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Chartholder, after completing the required exams and requirements from the CFA Institute. Finally, in February 2019, they obtained the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) certification from the CBV Institute.
