Maria Heitmeier

Maria Heitmeier is currently working as a NLP/ML engineer at Lingvist since April 2020. Prior to this, Maria worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Tübingen from November 2020 to August 2023. Maria also has experience as a Student Assistant at Computational Systems Biology and Quantitative Linguistics at Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen. Maria holds a PhD in Linguistics/Cognitive Science from the University of Tübingen, a MS in Cognitive Science from The University of Edinburgh, and a BS in Kognitionswissenschaft from the University of Tübingen. During their roles, Maria has contributed to various software projects and R package development.
