Viktar Khamianok

Viktar Khamianok is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Viktar served as Senior Director for IoT & Robotics at EPAM Systems from April 2023 to March 2024. Prior to this, as Founder and CEO of Rozum Robotics from April 2015 to April 2022, Viktar successfully developed innovative robotic solutions, including unique servomotors and collaborative robots, and achieved significant recognition in the industry. Viktar also founded Link-Assistant.Com in 2005, which became known for developing top-selling internet marketing software and establishing a strong HR brand. Additionally, Viktar held leadership positions at BelPrime Solutions and Sam-solutions, with a background in Java development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and further studies at IPM Business School.
