Rishen Kapoor has a varied work experience. Rishen began their career in 2013 as the Marketing and Operations Manager at Pricebaba.com, where they helped customers make decisions on what product to buy and where to buy it from. In 2014, they joined CleverTap as Lead Product Manager, where they were responsible for defining product strategy and feature roadmap, communicating the vision of the product to the organization and to customers, and training internal and external customers on the product. In 2018, Rishen Kapoor worked as a Product Management Consultant at Sellics. In 2019, they joined Sequoia Capital as part of the Investment Team. Most recently, in 2021, they co-founded and became the CEO of Toplyne, a tool used by Canva, Grafana, Gather. Town, InVideo and LambdaTest to identify which of their free users/accounts are ready for a premium subscription, and which of their paid/user accounts are ready for larger plans.

Rishen Kapoor ツ completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Rishen then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Technology Marketing from the same institute.
