Sam began their engineering career at Universal Equipment Manufacturing as a Drafting Engineer from May 2010 to October 2010, where they were responsible for designing and reviewing bulk materials and waste handling products using SolidWorks 2009. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Panera Bread from April 2009 to May 2010.

Sam's early work experience includes a role as a Testing Engineer at Imagination Resources Incorporated from May 2002 to July 2009 and as a Systems Engineering Intern at Trane Commercial Systems from May 2008 to August 2008.

Sam Sather, E.I. attended Dublin Scioto High School from 2000 to 2004. After completing high school, Sam enrolled at Miami University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2004 to 2008.
