Sam Sather E.i.

Sam Sather, E.I. has a diverse work experience spanning various engineering roles. They are currently an Engineering Manager at Link Engineering Company, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vertiv, where they held the position of Engineering Manager from September 2021 to December 2022. Before that, they served as a Principal Engineer from September 2017 to September 2021 and as a Senior Design Engineer from February 2016 to September 2017.

Before joining Vertiv, Sam worked at Hendrickson, where they held multiple roles. As a Project Engineer, they were responsible for the validation efforts of new product designs and managed three R&D Technicians from May 2015 to February 2016. As a Product Validation Engineer, they led the validation of new product designs through simulations, testing, and data acquisition and reported results to the product design group and OEM-level customers from December 2013 to September 2015. In their initial role at Hendrickson, they served as a Design Engineer/CAD Administrator, where they designed liftable auxiliary axles for the vocational trucking industry and maintained and improved the CAD/PLM system from December 2010 to December 2013.

Sam began their engineering career at Universal Equipment Manufacturing as a Drafting Engineer from May 2010 to October 2010, where they were responsible for designing and reviewing bulk materials and waste handling products using SolidWorks 2009. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Panera Bread from April 2009 to May 2010.

Sam's early work experience includes a role as a Testing Engineer at Imagination Resources Incorporated from May 2002 to July 2009 and as a Systems Engineering Intern at Trane Commercial Systems from May 2008 to August 2008.

Sam Sather, E.I. attended Dublin Scioto High School from 2000 to 2004. After completing high school, Sam enrolled at Miami University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2004 to 2008.
