Gloria Rodriguez has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate and operations management fields. Gloria is currently a Senior Program Manager at Link Logistics Real Estate, where they develop and executes strategic plans and initiatives. Prior to this, Gloria worked at Digital Realty as a Global Operations Program Manager, leading strategic and process improvement initiatives. Gloria also served as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Clear Channel Outdoor, negotiating lease renewals and optimizing financial reporting. Additionally, Gloria held positions at SMS Assist, L.L.C. as an Operations Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial locations, and at Connected Property Management as a Senior Operations Manager. Gloria started their career as an Assistant Property Manager at Property Progress, managing day-to-day operations of multiple properties. Throughout their career, Gloria has achieved several accomplishments, including increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction rates, and implementing process improvements for increased operational efficiency.

Gloria Rodriguez is currently pursuing a degree in Sociology at the University of Florida, with an expected completion date in 2025.
