Julie Butler

Julie Butler is an accomplished construction professional currently serving as the Director of Regional Construction at Link Logistics Real Estate since July 2020, overseeing over 30 million square feet of industrial real estate and managing a team of project managers. Previously, Julie held the position of Senior Project Manager at JLL, where project management services were provided to high-profile clients in the San Francisco and Sacramento markets. Julie's earlier experience includes managing commercial tenant improvement projects at J. Calnan & Associates and working on tenant improvements at JDL Corporate Interiors. Starting as an Assistant Project Manager at NOVO Construction, Julie has steadily progressed through various roles in the construction industry, beginning as an Estimator at BCCI Construction Company. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Communications from the University of California, Davis, and completed construction management studies at UC Berkeley Extension.
