Rachel Hickenbottom

Rachel Hickenbottom has extensive experience in the real estate industry, particularly in development and construction. Rachel currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Development at Link Logistics Real Estate since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Development at the same company from October 2020 to January 2022.

Rachel also has experience with CRG, where they held the position of Vice President of Development & Construction from April 2020 to October 2020. Before that, they worked at Prologis as the Director of Construction and Development from August 2018 to March 2020. Prologis acquired DCT Industrial during their tenure.

Their previous roles include Vice President of Development and Construction at DCT Industrial from February 2015 to August 2018, Vice President of Market Representative from February 2014 to February 2015, and Regional Manager from May 2011 to February 2014.

Rachel started their career at Majestic Realty Co. as a Property Manager and Retail Accountant from September 1994 to April 2001. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Donahue Schriber as a Project Accountant from March 1993 to September 1994.

Rachel Hickenbottom also held positions at Prism Realty Corporation and Panattoni Development Company earlier in their career.

Rachel Hickenbottom's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Science from California State University, Fullerton. Rachel also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained a Salesperson certification from the California Department of Real Estate in August 2000.
