Christopher Oakley is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and service. Currently serving as a Manager at Link Restaurant Group since April 2019 and as a Server at Peche restaurant since October 2018, Christopher has developed a strong background in fine dining. Previous roles include Head Sommelier at Meril from September 2016 to September 2018, and Assistant Sommelier at Emerils Delmonico from February 2015 to August 2016. Additionally, Christopher held the position of General Manager at Sac-A-Lait and Bar Manager at Galatoire's Restaurant. Educationally, Christopher earned an Associate of Science degree in Chemistry from Baton Rouge Community College, complemented by studies at Louisiana State University.
