Jake Poses

Jake Poses is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Director of Product for Feed & Content Experience at LinkedIn, overseeing teams responsible for feed UX, content interactions, and editorial products. Previously, Jake held the role of Co-Founder and CEO at Jumprope, where a platform for step-by-step how-to videos was built, culminating in its acquisition by LinkedIn to enhance its mission. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of Product at Thumbtack, where strategic product development was a focus, and roles at Bain Capital and BCG in private equity and consulting, respectively. Jake holds a partial MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
