Lydia Smyth

Lydia Smyth is an experienced professional in go-to-market enablement and sales management, currently serving as the Head of GTM Enablement EMEAL at LinkedIn Talent Solutions. Previous roles at LinkedIn include Senior Manager (Interim) and Manager of Global Sales and Customer Success Onboarding. Prior to LinkedIn, Lydia held positions at KBC Bank Ireland, including Leadership & Sales Enablement and Complaints Manager, and at AIB as Regional Retail Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Mortgage Sales Specialist.
