Mark Lederer is the current head of Global Onboarding LinkedIn Sales Solutions at LinkedIn. Prior to their current position, Mark was the Vice President & Controller at Davol, a subsidiary of CR Bard, Inc. from February 2005 to August 2011. In their previous position, Mark was responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of all financial activity for the $440M division. Mark also participated as a member of divisional management team with the ultimate responsibility for oversight of all financial commitments as well as ensuring compliance with internal controls required for Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley Act. During their time at Davol, Mark saved over $2M per quarter through cost control initiatives, developed and tracked strategy to generate cost savings through plant consolidations, created financial performance metrics for sales management leadership, and developed and executed a financial plan to expand sales force - which when implemented generated incremental $12M in sales in the first year.
