Mohan K Kargal is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in enterprise engineering and database infrastructure. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Engineering at LinkedIn since April 2012, Mohan Kargal manages financial systems infrastructure and engineering development operations while developing strategies and roadmaps to support future growth. Prior roles include Sr. Principal Engineer and Operation Manager at Oracle for over a decade, as well as positions at Cummins Inc. as an Oracle EBS Application Database Architect, Alphasoft Services as a Senior Database Architect, and BT as a Senior Oracle Application Developer. Mohan Kargal holds a BS in Electronic and Communication Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, both from Karnatak University.
