Shruti Kayal is currently involved in various roles that demonstrate a strong commitment to professional development and research. As a LinkedIn CoachIn Mentee at LinkedIn and a WISH Mentee at Texas Instruments, Shruti is gaining valuable insights and mentorship in their field. Additionally, as a Research Consultant at WorldQuant, Shruti contributes to analytical projects while also being an integral part of the core team for the Finance & Economics Club at IIT Guwahati. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate in the Consulting & Analytics Club and as a Market Development Executive for Udgam, the Annual Entrepreneurship Summit of IIT Guwahati. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, Shruti's educational foundation began at Loreto Convent School from 2008 to 2020.
