Chief Business Development Officer at Linkfire

Andrea Arcari has been working in the tech industry since 2007. Andrea began as the lead singer for MSWHITE, a post-hardcore band signed to Rise Records and Velocity Records, distributed by BMG. From 2008 to 2011, they were an Artist Manager for Ghost Agency, a booking and management company operating in the independent music scene in Europe. During this time, they managed label and partner relations, tour management, merchandising, eCommerce, finances, and general administration for MSWHITE. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Co-Founder and Operations Manager of Heartwork, a collective of three young professionals working to create and bootstrap disruptive tech concepts. During this time, they were responsible for overall operations management. Andrea also co-founded theQ Camera, a 3G connected fashion and social camera. From 2015 to present, they have worked as a Chief Business Development Officer, COO, and Sales Operations Manager for Linkfire. In this role, they managed the sales and customer success department globally with nine direct reports over two offices in Copenhagen and New York. Additionally, they have worked as an Operations Consultant since 2015, partnering with start-up businesses and leaders to help them build frameworks that allow smooth operations and frictionless scaling up.

Andrea Arcari obtained a Bachelor in Foreign Languages and Literatures from 2008 to 2010. In September 2016, they also obtained a Professional ScrumMaster PSM I certification from Scrum.org.
