Bartosz Buchcic

Bartosz Buchcic has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Bartosz currently holds the position of IT Project Manager at Avenga, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Link Group from 2021, where they served as an IT Project Manager, responsible for defining customer needs, managing the project budget, and handling change requests. Within the same company, they also worked as an RPA Senior Developer, creating automation solutions for the banking and trade finance sectors.

Before joining Link Group, Bartosz Buchcic held various roles at IBM. From 2019 to 2021, they served as an RPA Senior Developer, leading RPA projects development in an international team and providing process automation and transformation advisory. Additionally, they worked as an IT Support Specialist at IBM from 2015 to 2017.

Prior to their time at IBM, Bartosz Buchcic worked as a Front-end Developer at Ovengroup from 2014 to 2017. Overall, they have gained significant experience in project management, process automation, and IT support throughout their career.

Bartosz Buchcic earned a Licencjat degree in Multimedia from Akademia Pedagogiczna im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Bartosz also obtained several certifications in Blue Prism, including the Blue Prism Certified Solution Designer in October 2020, the Blue Prism Certified Professional Developer in December 2018, and the Blue Prism Certified Developer in June 2017.
