Erica Gaines

Erica Gaines is currently serving as the Solutions Center Manager at LinkIt!, a prominent company in the K-12 data-driven technology solutions field. Previously, Erica held positions such as Director of Client Development & Educational Consultant at Ohlinger Studios, Content Developer and Content Author at Horace Mann School, K-5 Math Department Chair at Horace Mann School and 5th Grade Math Teacher, 8th Grade Math Teacher at The School at Columbia University, and 6th Grade Math Teacher at Ethical Culture Fieldston School. Erica has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Secondary Mathematics from Bank Street College of Education, a Masters of Science in Real Estate from New York University, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Leadership in Mathematics Education at Bank Street College of Education.
