Laura Spagnolo

Laura Spagnolo is a seasoned legal professional specializing in corporate, civil, and tax law, with extensive experience in transactional law and due diligence. Currently serving as an Associate - Senior Transactional Lawyer at Linklaters since September 2017, Laura has also been self-employed and held various roles in legal firms and as an external consultant focused on insolvency law and credit recovery. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law from King's College London and a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Additionally, Laura has gained international experience through an Erasmus project at Université Robert Schuman and a stage at the European Parliament.
