Antonella Frisiello

Antonella Frisiello is a Senior Researcher at LINKS Foundation since January 2019, specializing as an Ergonomist/Human Factors expert and Human Centred Designer in Innovation Technology and Services. Antonella has served as an Adjunct Professor of Cognitive Ergonomics at Università degli studi Suor Orsola Benincasa since October 2019 and previously worked at ISMB from April 2004 to December 2018 as a User Experience Researcher, focusing on user-centered approaches in mobile technology research. Additional roles include Research Fellow at OCVE in 2017, Regional President and National Board member of the Italian Society of Ergonomics from January 2014 to December 2016, and a Visiting Lecturer at Universidad del Azuay in February 2011. Antonella also contributed as a Technical Expert at ETSI between 2008 and 2010. Prior experience includes consulting in Ergonomics and Marketing at Telecom Italia from January 1999 to February 2004. Antonella's educational background includes degrees from prominent institutions such as Harvard Medical School and Università degli Studi di Torino, with a Master's Degree in Ergonomics and further studies in design and psychology.
