Lauren Midon

Lauren Midon is a seasoned UX research professional with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Director of UX Research at LinkSquares since October 2022, Lauren previously held numerous positions at HubSpot from December 2012 to September 2022, including UX Research Manager, UX Research Lead, and Senior UX Researcher. In earlier roles at HubSpot, Lauren functioned as a Senior Product Expert and Support Engineer, offering technical support and expertise on HubSpot's marketing and sales products. Lauren holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Communication from Villanova University, earned in 2012.
