Nicole Thies has a strong background in customer service and business administration. Currently serving as a Member Service Representative and Account Representative at Corda Credit Union since May 2022, Nicole builds on previous experience as an Aisles Online Personal Shopper at Hy-Vee, Inc., where responsibilities included processing online orders, retrieving items, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Iowa, an Associate of Arts from Kirkwood Community College, and a High School Diploma from Linn-Mar High School.
