Jan Cotroneo

Jan Cotroneo has extensive experience in product marketing and sales enablement. From 2022 to the present, they serve as the SVP of Product Marketing at LINQ. Prior to this, they worked at Culmination Marketing, LLC from 2018 to 2022 as the Principal Consultant and Owner. Jan also held the position of Vice President Product Marketing and Sales Enablement at Frontline Education from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked at Ceridian from 2009 to 2016 in various roles, including Program Director, Director of Product Marketing, and Product Owner. Jan's early career included positions at Lawson Software, where they served as the Director of Global Sales Operations, Director of America Sales Operations, Director of Marketing Operations, Senior Project Manager in Human Resources, Director of Human Resource Product Marketing, Pre-sales Solution Consultant, and Business Analyst.

Jan Cotroneo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Industrial Relations, with a minor in Economics, from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Jan's academic journey also includes pursuing a Mini Master's degree in Human Capital Management from the University of St. Thomas.
