Janette Hernandez

Janette Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Janette began their career at GameStop in 1999, working their way up from sales associate to assistant manager. Janette then transitioned to Multi-Systems Inc. in 2006, where they worked in various roles including technical support, customer account management, and product management. In 2017, Janette joined Colyar Technology Solutions as a quality assurance analyst and quickly earned promotions to senior project manager, business analyst, and finally director of quality assurance, applications support & product management. Janette played a key role in aligning operations and developing new processes for QA, application support, and product management. Janette continued their career with LINQ in 2020, where they were initially hired as the director of quality assurance and later promoted to vice president of quality assurance. In this role, they managed a large team and focused on driving continuous process improvement and identifying cost-saving initiatives for the organization.

Janette Hernandez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Video Game Art & Design from The Art Institutes, where they studied from 2000 to 2003.
