Candice McCarty

Candice McCarty has a strong work experience in the field of system engineering and project management. Candice began working at LinQuest in 2018 as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they eventually transitioned to a Lead Systems Engineer Architect role in March 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Principal System Engineer at LinQuest from October 2021. Previously, they worked at Engility Corporation as an Architecture Project Lead Engineer from May 2017 to November 2018. Prior to that, Candice served as a Legal Assistant at the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® from February 2009 to May 2017.

Candice McCarty completed their education at Loyola Marymount University. Candice earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Law and Marketing from the College of Business Administration in 2007. Candice then pursued a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from 2012 to 2017. During their Master's program, they also obtained a Systems Engineering Certificate in Systems Engineering from Loyola Marymount University from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Candice has obtained additional certifications including OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional: Model Builder - Fundamental (OCSMP) and OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional: Model User (OCSMP) from OMG in 2019. Candice also holds a certification as a Systems Engineer from Loyola Marymount University.
