Kaspar Ots

Kaspar Ots is currently the Chief Technical Officer at Linstow Baltic. Previously, Kaspar was the Head of Design & Collaboration at Consolis, overseeing Consolis Engineering Services, collaboration with local business units, and Design Technology Platform & Tool development. Kaspar also held roles such as Managing Director at Consolis CES Estonia and Development Director at Arricano Real Estate PLC. With a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology, Kaspar has also completed various leadership and management courses to enhance their skills in leadership and personal development.
