Andrew Warner

Andrew Warner serves as General Counsel at LinusBio since January 2025, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles, including General Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Ora, Inc. from January 2013 to February 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Licensing Manager at Partners HealthCare and as Associate Intellectual Property Counsel at Cell Signaling Technology. Andrew holds a J.D. with cum laude honors in Intellectual Property from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a B.S. in Biology with a second major in Economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
