Lesly Pichardo

Lesly Pichardo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and success operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Care at LinusBio since March 2024, Pichardo previously held multiple roles at hear.com from June 2017 to February 2024, including Director of Customer Success Operations and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities focused on enhancing customer experience and aiding over 140 clients in improving their hearing. Additional experience includes positions at KARLA Conceptual Event Experiences, UniVista Insurance, and International Property Management, where Pichardo developed marketing campaigns, managed social media, and provided customer support.
