Tom H. has extensive work experience in project and program management. Tom is currently serving as the Head of PMO at Linx Printing Technologies. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing programs, projects, and processes, as well as managing the project management team. Prior to this, they worked as a Programme Manager at Linx Printing Technologies, where they executed multiple hardware and software programs and led the migration of the IOT service to the AWS platform.

Before joining Linx Printing Technologies, Tom H. worked as a Programme Manager at Amino Communications, where they delivered the first integrated (software + hardware) program and maintained the benefits of the agile process within the hardware waterfall program.

Tom also has experience as a Project Manager at Lockheed Martin UK, where they implemented forward resource forecasting and earned value management practices to maintain control of costs and reporting metrics. Furthermore, they worked as a Programme Manager at Marshall Vehicle Engineering, where they successfully delivered urgent projects and coordinated customer bids and proposals.

Tom H. also has experience as a Design Leader at ThyssenKrupp, where they utilized their strong knowledge of development practices to lead the development team in creating successful crash systems solutions. Additionally, they served as an Innovation Team Leader/Product Manager at Wagon Automotive, overseeing innovation activities and managing projects, as well as working as a Product Engineer.
