Danuja Karunarathna

Danuja Karunarathna has experience working as an Engineering Executive at Lion Brewery (Ceylon) PLC since April 2022. In this role, they are responsible for mechanical activities such as maintenance, inventory control, and machine installation. Prior to that, they worked as a Shift Engineer at CEAT Tyres Limited from November 2018 to April 2022. Danuja'sresponsibilities included planned and preventive maintenance, handling the PM module in SAP system, and implementing a condition-based monitoring system for heavy machinery.

Danuja Karunarathna attended Advanced Technological Institute Colombo 15 from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. In 2021, they enrolled at the University of Sunderland, where they are currently studying for a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering.
