Danushka Tamali Silva

Danushka Tamali Silva has extensive work experience in marketing and management roles. Danushka Tamali most recently worked at Lion Brewery (Ceylon) PLC as the Senior Vice President of Marketing. Prior to that, they held positions at HEMAS HOLDINGS PLC as the General Manager of Marketing and the Head of Category/Marketing Manager for Baby Care. Danushka Tamali also worked at Fonterra, where they served as the Manager of Strategy for the Indian Subcontinent and as the Marketing Manager for Emerging Markets. Danushka Tamali was responsible for assessing market potential, developing strategic brand marketing plans, and implementing profitable route to market models. Additionally, they worked as an Area Sales Manager, Brand Manager, and Assistant Brand Manager at Fonterra. Earlier in their career, they held roles as an Assistant Brand Manager at CEYLON COLD STORES PLC and Unilever Sri Lanka. Danushka Tamali also gained experience at ART TV as a Business News Anchor and at Aitken Spence Hotels as an Assistant Manager of Sales Marketing and as a Corporate Management Trainee.
