Carrie Bishop

Carrie Bishop is a seasoned professional in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of HR Shared Services at LION since September 2020. In this role, Carrie oversees HRIS management and enhancements within the UltiPro Kronos system and directs benefit administration and strategy while managing the payroll team. Previously, Carrie held the position of Benefits and HRIS Manager at Wilson Benefits Group and has extensive experience as the U.S. HRIS & Benefits Manager at Halma plc, where integration of HRIS across 38 companies and critical benefits education were key responsibilities. Early career roles included Sales Representative at The Dental Care Plus Group, Senior Account Manager at HORAN, and Account Manager at HORAN, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and account management. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University and has enhanced professional skills through Dale Carnegie Training.
