Joe Morgan

Joseph Morgan Jr is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in consulting and board governance. As the Founder and CEO of siY, LLC since November 2016, Joseph leads a firm dedicated to supporting SMB and middle-market companies during transitions. Joseph also serves on several boards, including JBM Packaging, HEAPY, and Mary Queen Of Angels Assisted, contributing expertise in strategic direction across various sectors. Additional roles include Group Strategy Advisor for Grenadier Holdings and Chair of the Board for LION. Joseph's prior experience includes a leadership position at RELYCO and board membership at Mile Two and OmniSYS. Joseph holds an AB in Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross, an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Clark University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
