Joe Miller has a strong background in operations management. Joe began their career at Legrand North America as a Distribution Supervisor, where they trained and mentored employees and enforced safety guidelines. Joe then moved on to Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as an Operations Supervisor, overseeing order processing, inventory control, and team management. Most recently, they worked at Lionel LLC as the Director of Operations, leading a warehouse and logistics team, tracking key performance indicators, and managing daily activities. Joe has consistently demonstrated their ability to optimize operations, ensure quality, and promote a safe work environment throughout their career.

Joe Miller attended Pfeiffer University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Education. Prior to that, they attended King's College from 2003 to 2005 and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, Joe Miller also holds several certifications. In August 2019, they obtained an OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Certification from the University of South Florida. Joe also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University in May 2019. In May 2017, Joe Miller completed the Train the Trainer program at The Raymond Corporation. Joe obtained an OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Certification from the NC Department of Labor in April 2013, and completed a course on Principal's of Management at the Employer's Association - Charlotte in June 2011.
