Susan Hummel

Susan Hummel is a seasoned executive in the media and entertainment industry with extensive experience in distribution and sales. Currently serving as EVP and Managing Director at Lionsgate for Canada Distribution & Ventures since May 2017, Susan has held key leadership roles, including Head of Domestic Channels and Managing Director for Lionsgate Canada. Previous experience includes Senior Vice President positions at FremantleMedia and MGM, where responsibilities spanned US Basic Cable Distribution and Canadian markets. Earlier career roles at Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, and FX Networks provided a solid foundation in programming and acquisitions. Susan holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History from Western University and a Certificate in Broadcast Journalism from New York University.
