Michelle Bradbury

Michelle Bradbury has a strong background in human resources and leadership development. Michelle has worked as a Human Resources Manager at LionsHead Specialty Tire & Wheel, LLC since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Leadership Development / Employee Success Consultant at Employee Retention Solutions from 2021 to 2022. Michelle also served as a Human Resources Manager at Kem Krest from 2018 to 2020, where they focused on employee relations, training, compliance, and benefits. In addition, Michelle was the Director of Human Resources - RV Products Division at Lippert Components, Inc. from 2013 to 2018, where they led HR initiatives and provided leadership to a team of HR professionals.

Michelle Bradbury holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a minor in Human Resources Management from Indiana Institute of Technology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as OSHA 10 Hour Certified in June 2006 and A Notary Public from The State of Indiana in November 2013.
