Aaron Russell

Aaron Russell is currently the VP of Real Estate Asset Management at Lionstone Investments. Aaron has over 20 years of experience in the field.

Aaron started their career at CSM Corporation in April 2012 as the Director of Asset Management. Aaron was responsible for formulating and implementing asset management strategy for approximately 100 properties, overseeing the property tax appeals process, evaluating macro and micro economic trends, providing direction for the acquisition/disposition/operations of assets, and overseeing and developing the asset management team.

In May 2014, they left CSM Corporation to join Lionstone Investments as the VP of Real Estate Asset Management. In this role, they are responsible for managing Lionstone's real estate portfolio and investments.

Aaron Russell graduated from Central College with a BA in accounting and then went on to get their MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
