Ashley Fatjo

Ashley Fatjo is the Director of Real Estate Portfolio Management at Lionstone Investments. Ashley has over six years of experience in the real estate industry.

Ashley started their career as an intern at Peirce Designs, Inc. where they assembled and updated inventory binders for clients and the company. Ashley then became a Research & Marketing Intern at HFF. After HFF, they worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company from July 2013 to May 2016. In their current role at Lionstone Investments, Ashley manages a portfolio of real estate investments.

Ashley Fatjo attended The Kinkaid School for their high school education. Ashley then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration at the Texas McCombs School of Business, with a focus in Corporate Finance.

Their manager is Greg Murphy, VP, Real Estate Portfolio Management. and Sidney Tucker - Associate, Real Estate Portfolio Management reports to Ashley Fatjo.
