John Enerson

Chief Counsel at Lionstone Investments

As Lionstone’s chief counsel, John Enerson provides guidance on legal and transaction issues as well as investment vehicle and SEC compliance. He is the chair of the Allocation committee and a non-voting member of the Investment committee. Prior to joining Lionstone in 2006, he spent eight years at Enron Corporation and conducted several high-level post-bankruptcy internal investigations of Enron activities. Mr. Enerson practiced law for eight years at Baker Botts and other national law firms with a focus on transactional law. He graduated with honors from Fairfield University and received his law degree from Villanova University.
