Lipsy London
Heulwen Van de Weyer has a strong background in human resources and has held various managerial positions throughout their career. Heulwen started as a Regional HR Manager at Dorothy Perkins in 2010 before becoming a Human Resources Manager, where they developed and delivered the Head Office HR strategy. Heulwen worked as a true generalist, covering recruitment, employee relations, training and development, reward management, and talent management. Later, they joined Evans as a Human Resources Manager and was later promoted to Resourcing & Projects Manager. Heulwen then moved to Omorovicza Cosmetics as the Head of HR before joining Primark Stores Limited as a P&C Business Partner. Most recently, they are currently serving as the Head of People at Lipsy London.
Heulwen Van de Weyer studied Business and Human Resource Management at the University of Glamorgan. Prior to that, they attended Caerleon Comprehensive School from 1990 to 1998.
