Fareeseh Chaudhry

Fareeseh Chaudhry currently serves as the Head of People & Organization for LIPTON Teas and Infusions, leading organizational strategy and operations across Africa, Middle East, and Turkey since January 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Procter & Gamble, where Chaudhry held positions such as Director HR for the IMEA Fabric Care sector, managing a $1BN business, and Senior Manager roles in R&D HR and PS HR, focusing on talent development and new career models across EMEA. With over two decades of HR leadership, including a role in Pakistan delivering strategic organizational design, Chaudhry possesses strong expertise in international mobility, compensation, and network development. Chaudhry earned an MBA in Finance from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
