Matt Stripe

Matt Stripe currently serves as Chief People Officer at LIPTON Teas and Infusions since May 2023, overseeing HR strategies for the largest tea business in the world. Previously, Matt held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at PZ Cussons from May 2019 to May 2023, managing global HR activities for a FTSE 250 company. Prior roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Laird, where Matt led a significant organizational transformation, and at Laird PLC, overseeing HR for a global workforce. Additional experience includes Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Nestlé Waters and Group Human Resources Director for Nestlé UK & Ireland. Matt's early career spanned 18 years at BAE SYSTEMS, where comprehensive HR services were provided for a large workforce. Matt holds an MSc in Organisational Design and Development from the University of Humberside.
