Sercan Çep

Sercan Çep has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in companies such as LIPTON Teas and Infusions, Nike, Bunge, IBM, and Infotech Global Services, LLC. With a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Turkish Language and Literature, Sercan has excelled in roles ranging from HR Specialist to Head of Human Resources. Responsibilities have included recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and global HR projects. Additionally, Sercan has experience in teaching Turkish Modern literature at Zonguldak Industrial Vocational High School.
