Steve Tucker

Steve offers 30 years experience in senior finance leadership roles, responsible for capital markets, merger & acquisition, process improvement, accounting, and contract negotiations in high-growth markets, including Software-as-a-Service. Steve was instrumental in the ~$5 billion disposition by Vista Equity Partners and Bain Capital of insurance software provider Vertafore, and he has also held finance leadership positions at Cologix, AT&T, DirectTV, and DirecTVSports Networks. Steve began his career at KPMG where he was a partner in the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications practice.
