Tylor Graves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They began their career at Western Washington University as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant from September 2016 to June 2018. After that, Tylor joined Confluence Health as a Solutions Tech 1, where they provided internal triage and first-level support for the IT department. They also improved the ticketing workflow by creating a new ServiceNow dashboard for increased efficiency. In 2021, Tylor joined Legwork as a Software Implementation Specialist, where they developed a screenshot automation tool using technologies such as Google App Script, Google Cloud Functions, and Puppeteer. They later transitioned to the role of PS DevOps Engineer before joining their current position at Liquibase as a DevOps Support Engineer in August 2022.
Tylor Graves completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree at Wenatchee Valley College from 2013 to 2015. Following that, from 2015 to 2018, Tylor attended Western Washington University where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, Tylor obtained multiple certifications from Liquibase, including the Liquibase Certified Associate Exam in January 2023, Liquibase Commands for Troubleshooting in August 2022, Liquibase and the CI/CD Process in August 2022, and the Liquibase Fundamentals Certification in July 2022.
