Bob's most recent role was as the VP, Corporate Controller at Liquid Environmental Solutions, a private equity-backed national liquid waste disposal company. In this role, they led a team of 6 and was responsible for managing corporate accounting, reporting, and financial operations. Bob also handled finance due diligence and integration for company acquisitions.

Prior to that, Bob worked at UGI Corporation, where they served as the VP, Internal Audit - CAE. In this position, they led a team of six and was in charge of managing the internal audit function for four business units in North America and Europe with revenues over $6B. Bob reported directly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Bob also held various roles at AmeriGas Propane, a subsidiary of UGI Corporation. Bob served as the VP, Controller & Chief Accounting Officer, where they oversaw accounting and internal control activities for the North America Propane operations. Bob also worked as the Director of Integration Management Office (IMO), leading a team in the valuation, due diligence, and integration of a major acquisition. Additionally, they held the position of Director - Corporate Development and Director of Accounting & Financial Control during their time at AmeriGas Propane.

Before joining UGI Corporation, Bob worked at ImageMax, Inc. as the Corporate Controller, where they managed a team in corporate and field finance functions. Bob also handled the consolidation of monthly reporting for multiple production facilities.

Earlier in their career, Bob held positions as the Director of Finance at Ferag Americas, an Audit Manager at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP, and the Corporate Controller at Met-Pro Corp. In these roles, they gained experience in financial management, SEC filings, costing, and leadership.
